I simply need my transfer code, I have emailed Yola twice about it as well as messaging on twitter after waiting since around/before the 16th december for the code.

I have been checking daily in my inbox and junk folders for it, but nothing.

I'm not very happy as I have a web designer waiting for the code and I am trying to start up my own business getting my writing out into the world and am only being held up.

thanks for any help, but would really appreciate just getting the email sent please

the website address is amylsmith.co.uk

Thanks

Hi Amy,

You may have to unlock your domain again. Many registrars services only allow a window of time for your domain to be unlocked and it re-locks automatically. i don't know the policy of Yola's domain service partner specifically. At the same time send another email to support and I hope that this time it gets responded to and you receive notification from their department as well.

Hello Amy,

The reason you didn't receive your code is that your domain expired on the 20-nov-2011 and you tried to transfer it after it had expired.

Unfortunately your domain is outside the renewal window so you will have to wait until it has been deleted by the registrar until you can re-purchase it. Unfortunately this is something that is outside Yola's control.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

My domain has not expired, I bought it on the 19th April and it doesn't expire until 2013, I still have the email and it says so on my yola account...

Get Yola Mail Advanced settings

Please can we just sort this, I've been waiting for a long time and now this is starting to just turn silly, something is clearly wrong if your data is telling you that my domain expired after 7 months..

Hello Amy,

Apologies. I seem to have incorrectly typed in your domain.

In order to transfer your .co.uk domain to a new registrar, please follow these steps:

1. Your new domain registrar will give you a tag that you require in order to transfer the domain.
2. Send this tag to Yola - you can reply to this thread or email us at support@yola.com and we will add the tag to your domain.
3. The transfer will be initiated and go through the transfer process.

Many thanks for working with us on this and again, sorry for my error

thanks again

Hi Amy,
I am happy to assure you that I have successfully changed your IPS tag. You should be seeing the changes momentarily and any new domain questions will need to be asked of your registrar. Cheers!
