1) I bought the silver package in yola and trying to register the custom domain. Yola is not allowing me to register a domain with a dot (.) eg. www.my.name.com Can the yola do this for me? Or i have to regiser with external register and the point out DNS A records to yola IP? Then which is better domain register that gives me access to DNS edit zone? Go Daddy?
2) if i register a domain with yola, can i access DNS edit for setting MX records to google server. I want to Google Apps. for my mails.
3) With silver package, ads and yola is removed from just one site or if i make more than one site, will you have ads or yola banner on them?
I wrote couple mails to support@yola and no response... so sorry for too many questions for you.
Thank you very much.

Hi krishyogi9,

Thank you for your questions:-

1. An address like my.name.com is a subdomain. You will need to purchase "name.com" and then you will be able to create subdomains from that address. We have more information on creating subdomains on this link: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/....

2. You can certainly setup email with Google Apps, we have a tutorial on this link: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/.... We also have Yola Mail which is easier and quicker than Google Apps: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/... (but not free).

3. When you upgrade to Silver, the Yola Link is removed from all sites in your account. For more information: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/....

I hope that helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
