I renewed my account on the 12th of December and 23 USD was deducted from VISA and still you keep sending me that I have to renew, what do you call that ?????

I hope you don't mind but I changed the subject to more accurately reflect your question in case others searching the forum may have similar questions.
I have looked up your account and see that you have successfully renewed your Yola Bronze hosting subscription. However, you still need to renew your domain. This is a separate process to your hosting subscription.
You can renew this by going to your My Yola page > Domains. Next to the domain you wish to renew, you can click on "renew".
