I like to have large clear print on my site and it is designed to look like a chalk board in places...in sitebuilder and preview everything looks beautiful, large, clear and the banner and page width is wide across the page...but my site on-line appears differently with smaller font and narrow pages that squash the columns together...any suggestions?

Hello Julia

Preview will always display your website the same way it will look like after republishing online. When I compare your website in Preview and live, I can't see any difference. Sitebuilder View, however, will mostly be different. You will need to tweak margin and padding of your page elements to make look the desired way. I cannot replicate the smaller font you're seeing, either, could you maybe take a screenshot of the two versions and post it here?

Hihi Stefan

I am a bit techy thick and couldn't turn a screen shot into a jpeg to attach ...

...so I've put a test page link on the bottom right hand corner of my homepage that links to a pdf of two screen shots of my tetimonial page from inside the sitebuilder and preview screen and below it hoe it appears on my published site...

not all the pages have the same problem but several do

Thanks for trying to help me get it looking good!

Hope you're having a good day
Julia:)

Hello Julia

This is what me and our team see when we compare your website between Sitebuilder and on the internet:

Preview:

Live:

I'm afraid that we can absolutely see no difference between these two versions. If you'd like to add your screenshots, please follow these steps:
  1. Go to wikihow.com.

  2. Open your Preview page.

  3. Take a screenshot and save it to a folder where you can easily find it again.

  4. On our Support Forum, click on the "Add Image" link at the bottom of the "Reply to this Topic" box.

  5. Upload your screenshot by clicking on "Browse" and searching it on your computer.

  6. When you've opened it, click on "Upload".

  7. When you post your reply, the picture will be shown on the thread and can be magnified by clicking on it.

Thank you for following up and adding your screenshots. I can see the difference betweeen your screenshots, however, when I view your website in Preview and on Live at the same time and click between the tabs, I can't see any.

Which version of Firefox are you using, and what is your operating system (e.g. Windows XP, Windows 7, etc.)?
