I no longer need the custom domain of melliesmompetservices.com. I have not been able to figure out how to "downgrade" . I got rid of this business after a major family death and only do side jobs. I would like down graded and would appreciate a refund.
Yola ask that requests for account changes be sent by contact form. Domains are a second party add on and after being purchased are non-refundable. Ownership continues until the next renewal date, the renewal though is the issue needing Yola's intervention.
Your Yola hosting is a second payment and needs to be altered from what you are saying.
