Hello Sharon

Downloading an image from your Yola website doesn't have much to do with your browser. What you can do is download images from a website, or from the File Manager of your website to your computer. When you download it from your website directly by clicking on the image, you will be able to choose to which folder of your computer you wish to download the image file.

The easiest way would be this, but it only applies if the image you want to download is currently on your website:
  1. Open your live site in your browser by typing the URL in your browser address bar.

  2. Go to the page with the image you want to download.

  3. Right-click on the image and choose "Save graphic/image/file as".

  4. A box with the folders on your computer will pop up, and you'll be able to choose where to download your image.

If you haven't published the image on your live site, you will need to download it from your File Manager:
  1. Log into your Yola account and open your website in the Yola Sitebuilder.

  2. In the upper menu bar, click on Site > File Manager.

  3. Search for your image and click on it to highlight it.

  4. Click on "1 file selected" in the top right corner.

  5. Select "Download as zip".

  6. Your image will now be donwloaded in a zip folder which you will find in your downloads folder of your computer.

  7. Once you found the zip folder, you click on it until you get to your image, cut it, and paste it into another folder if you want.
