Hi! Mozilla Firefox has an add-on where supposedly one can download a lot of pictures at once. I would guess your ultimate success in this venture is just how many pictures you have to download and what size they are :) Perhaps you can do a chunk of pictures at a time? The name of the program is "Downloadthemall" Good luck!

Hello SamI,

You are certainly welcome to download the images that are in your File Manager. In order to do this, you will need to right click on the images while in your file manager and press 'view'. Next, a tab will open containing your image. Right click on your image and press 'save image as'. This will allow you to save your image to your computer.

Here is a tutorial that shares information on our File Manager.

You are also welcome to try out what julie.bluejay has shared. Thanks, Julie! Please let us know if you need further assistance in this regard.

Hello Saml,

I would just like to add that you can download folders of images instead of just the one at a time.

To do this, open your file manager and right click on the folder that you would like to download, then click on Download as .zip.

I hope this helps save you some time!

Hi Sami,
Hmm, can you try clearing your browser's cache and checking to make sure you have the most recent version of Flash, then give the download another try. I hope one of those suggestions will help.

Kind Regards,
Emmy

Hi Saml,

From what I understand, you have downloaded the images and are having problems finding them?

If that is correct, when you download images from your File Manager, they are generally stored on your computer's hard drive in a location that you have chosen. If you are using Firefox, I suggest clicking on "Tools" > "Downloads". A list of the most recently downloaded items will pop up, and should display whatever you have downloaded. In Internet Explorer, the default location for your downloads is generally C:\Users\yourname\Downloads.

I hope this helps!

Hi Saml,

The download window is only a feature of certain browsers! IE may or may not have it depending on which version you are using.

Take a look in your Downloads folder of your user on your computer and the ..zip file should be there.

Hi Saml

You will not usually see a pop-up window when you download something from the web. It would go to the default folder that you had set in your browser. In Firefox, it's in File > General > Save files to: [shows the folder name].

Have you checked inside the default download folder?

Hi Saml

The settings on your browser will be different for each user. If you would like to find the files on your computer, you can search for the file name you downloaded to help retrieve the files.

Hope this suggestion works for you!

Hi Saml,

Just to further Nazlie's comment, I would recommend that you search for "yola_site_archive". This is the name of the .zip file that you will be looking for.
