Hello Gop,

This seems strange. These are the instructions we would give:

1. Click on Site > File Manager.
2. In your File Manager, your files by holding down the shift key (for Windows) or the cmd key (for Mac) while you are making your selection.
3. Once you've selected all your files, right-click and select "Download as Zip".
4. Select where on your computer you'd like to save the Zip file and click "OK".
5. The files will be downloaded to your computer.

Can you let us know what browser and version you are using and we can try to replicate this? It could be an error on our side.

Thank you Sanja.

Do you have to mark individual files or can this be done on folders?
FF 7.0.1

I tried it both with files and folder.

Hello Gop,

I do not yet have FF 7.0.1 but I have tried this in Chrome and was able to download both a folder as well as files into a zipped folder.

Please can you try using a different browser to see if that makes any difference for you?

Yes I have. I think another of the inconsistencies with this "damned" File Manager release.

Hi Gop

We didn't release a new version of the File Manager recently. I'm thinking that the problem may the latest version of Firefox. With which other browsers have you tested downloading zip files?

Hello Gop,

I'm sorry I'm not clear. When you tried a different browser, were you able to successfully download your file or folder? Have you tried using Chrome as I was able to use this successfully.
