Hi There,

We are currently experiencing a bug where the vertical divider cannot be dragged to the right or left. It is one of the highest priority bugs at the moment. Our engineers in San Francisco have just started their work day and hopefully they will get round to fixing it this week. We will let you know as soon as there is any progress. We agree that this is a basic widget and it is very difficult to do your page layout without it!

We apologize for the inconvenience.

It is the complete Column divider which will not drag and drop and which will only appear at top or bottom of my page. My problem is not with the vertical divider or will this affect my problem?

It only affects the vertical divider. You can still drag the widget onto your page, you just can't set the column width. Our engineers are working on it right now. Hopefully they can find a solution soon.

Hi rtnvbrown54,

Like Monique says the only problem at the minute is that the 2 column widget can not be adjusted - it should still apply to the page and should move around the page.

I have had this problem myself in the past - what i discovered to be the reason was that i had a open table (html code) this was stopping the widget from freely being placed anywhere.

If you leave your URL then we could check if there was some code on the page that was stopping it working.

Somethiong you could do in the mean time was see if the problem was on all pages or was only on 1... also see if a good browser history clean did any good.

Lee.

well... that's the only problem yola's aware of, but apparently rtnvbrown54 is having an issue that doesn't appear to be a problem for any of us.

I would trying clearing your cache and logging out of yola and back in and tell us if the problem still persists.

By the way, is there a reason yola can't use the old (working) column divider until they get the new (nonworking) one fixed?

Hello rtnvbrown54

I am unable to view your link. Would you mind sending us an email to support@yola.com and we can work with you from there to see why you may be having issues with being able to drag & drop your widget. Thanks.

We just wanted you to know that our engineers who have been hard at work have successfully fixed this bug! You should now be able to use your column divider once again. :)
