Driven mad by slow response on Yola login page?

I am having problems logging to Yola to update and publish my site. This problem has been around for about 12 hours. Each attempt to go to Yola.com takes up to 5 minutes. Often it just times out, though sometimes I get through.

I'm in the UK. Yola.com resolves to 72.54.4.254. My tracert shows 6 hops, including my machine and router and goes via unknown.prolexic.com at 209.200.156.34.

I have cleared the cache in both IE8 and Chrome and have the problem from both. I have tried from two different ISP's connections. It's becoming a realt PITA.

Anyone having the same problem? Anyone got a solution? It's driving me nuts!

Hello Wavey Davey,

We are experiencing intermittent problems and some people have had trouble accessing yola.com. Just as you posted, we made a change on our side - can you try logging into your account again and let us know if there's a difference?

The login was working for a short period of time, now it's playing up again.

Worse still, I get a 503 - Service Unavailable when I try to visit my site now!

Come on, sort out the reliability Yola.

Would you mind posting your site's URL so that we can take a look?

Could you also try these steps while we investigate:
1. Check yola.com and your site on another computer on another network to see whether the same problem happens. This will help us to localise the issue.
2. Let us know where you are located (for the same reason as 1).

I'm in the UK.

The site is www.tastingsessions.com

503 errors are generated by the server, not by connectivity problems, so it's something at the Yola end.

The site is now back and working, but this intermittent service and increasing frequency of problems is very worrying.

We're very careful about monitoring site uptime, access etc and right now everything is working normally. We don't have anyone else with the same issue (but this doesn't mean there isn't an issue) so it may take some time to try and work out what could be going wrong with your site and access.

Could you let us know the other times you've had intermittent access to your site? Has it only been in the past few days or has it been going on for a longer time? Is Yola.com itself still not loading very quickly for you?

Hello,
We are sorry to hear of the struggles you are experiencing with logging in. Please share what you are seeing - does the page continually load? Are you receiving an error message? Using this information, we should be able to look into it further with you and I am hopeful we will be able to provide some suggestions!

When I sign into My Yola and clk on the website the page to open in Sitebuilder the icon sits on page spinning and not connecting. Occasionally if you clk on the back button the page appears but usually just continues to spin and have to come out and resign in to site. All seems to take a long time and very frustrating.
Hope this helps!

1. Clear the cache in your browser.
2. Update your Java.

Hello Neville,

You would copy all the text into the HTML101 site to strip away any inherent formatting. I hope that helps!
