Duplicate Frame or Block to all Sub-pages?

Recently discovering the save page as function through a search, I started using it, creating pages somewhat quicker, but at the same time it slowed me down, I'll explain.

I recently created a new menu system for my site. While I was happy of the new look and feel of my java script site buttons, and after painstakingly adding them to all the pages and even missing some here and there, I still have menu items to add or updates to be added to already placed menu code.

Most ideas come from doing something horribly unpleasant which is what made me think of the idea of a new right click option for the index page to duplicate a frame and add it to all the sub-pages into the same spot, or detect an already placed frame with what is being updated.

If this can be done, I can already think of uses other than updating a frame of code.

Actually after thinking about this for a little longer, you could refine this by when selecting this option it gives you a list of all the pages with a checkbox next to each page for specifice pages or a select all and deselect all checkbox.
