Hi, I paid for my subscription on the 25th November 2013 (£12.95). I noticed today you have taken £17.95 out of my pay pal account for the same subscription. Please can you credit my account as soon as possible.. It seems as I have an active account I find that I cannot get into my account to cancel this so I still need you to credit my paypal. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. When I check your Yola account, I can see that you have a GBBO ("Getting British Business Online") Bronze account with us. This allows you to enjoy both your hosting and domain subscription at discounted prices for an unlimited period of time.

Your domain and hosting package are separate packages and are charged separately. The amount of £12.95 was charged for your domain (2-year renewal) and £17.95 were charged for your Bronze hosting package (1 year). Both amounts are discounted rates specific for you as a participant of the GBBO programme.

From our side, this is working as designed. If you have any questions or concerns, please send us your request via e-mail, using our Contact Support Form as we cannot protect your privacy for account-related requests on our public Support Forum.
