E-mail capital sensitive; entered incorrectly

My e-mail was entered incorrectly. ATT is capital sensitive and the e-mail was entered in small letters. I can't change it because yola apparently doesn't recognize the change in the capital letters. I am concerned that an email sent to clovisarguild@att.net instead of ClovisArtGuild@att.net won't go through. Any suggestions

Hello Gail,

If you log into MyYola and then on the menu on the left click Account > Profile are you able to change it there? Perhaps switching the email to address to a totally different address and then re-entering the correct address may work?

Hello Gail

I'm not sure if I'm following. Are you talking about Yola Mail? I can't find any Yola account under att.net or your forum e-mail address. And you say that ATT is case sensitive, but then you refer to the part in front of the @ sign, so I'm a bit confused. Domain names are not case-sensitive, and as far as I know, e-mail addresses shouldn't be, either. Have you tried sending test e-mails?

If you provide your URL, Yola-bought domain name, or login e-mail address, I will be able to look into this for you.
