E-mail change ok in account but website sends info to original e-mail.

I changed the e-mail in my account settings and noticed that submitted contact info from the live website is still going to the original e-mail address. How do I get the website submissions to go to the new address?

Hello Dean,

If you re-check the settings as they are as you hope then just try re-publishing your site. If this fails please report back.

I've already tried that. I've also logged in and out of the my yola account a few times as well. Is there more than one location for changing account e-mail settings?

I originally used evolutionlawncare@yahoo.com for my e-mail.

Then, I updated it using my account Profile to evolutionlawncare2013@gmail.com.

I'm not seeing an update e-mail option in the Site Settings page either.

I need this to go to the correct address.

If I understood you correctly, the form submissions of your Yola Form still go to your old e-mail address, is that correct?

You will need to go to the Settings of your Yola Form Widget to edit the e-mail address. Hover over the widget, click on "Edit", and then on the "Settings" tab. Don't forget to republish.
