E mail configoration and contact us form

We have set our contact us form up properly on site together with the e-mail address that we wish to receive messages at - however we are not getting any of the messages. I have writtent to the support team by e-mail but the problem isn't being resolved by Yola. What else can I do ?
At the same time there is a seperate huge problem because Google and Yola dont recognise each other so our e-mails are not beign received. google can't verify the site. We have printed thousands of leaflets and lots of customers and other stakeholders have our e-mail addresses but cant contact us. We are looking pretty foolish. Yola have known about this problem for days now and it still hasn't been resolved. Every time we contact Yola we need to go through the whole problem again and we are told by a customer support officer that there are specialist teams working on it (but it isn't being resolved) - or even worse our time is further wasted by trying the same procedure that dosn't work. Every time I tell them that "we have tried this" but they take us through it anyway. This is really effecting our business now and I am not sure how much of a priority Yola are giving to the matter.

Hi, is the email on the contact form the gmail email ? did you do the dns settings on Yola to verify the gmail ?

Hi Aidan,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I would like to comment on both of the points you are raising. To begin, if you are not receiving contact form submissions, please check the following:

1. Check your Spam/Junk mail folder to see if the form submission possibly ended up there.
2. Test your form by sending it to your own, or a friend's, email address.

In regards to your second point, Yola Mail, did the support rep you were speaking with say that the error you were experiencing was a bug? We are experiencing reports where customers are seeing an error message to revert back to Yola and our engineers are working on this fix. Does this sound like what you are experiencing?

If not, please explain a bit more about what the error is. It is also advisable that you choose to correspond either on our public form or via email in order to eliminate having to repeat yourself or receive the same information from support. Thanks!
