E-mail expired:
My e-mail was expired without my prior knowledge, and I upgraded until 2013 what's happened?.
Why do I need to purchase a new E-mail, I need the existing one active ASAP.
I don't have time for this and I received no notification of expiry. Why can I not just get my existing one up and running. I do have Yolanda support working on this but this should not have happened.

Hello Jacob

I'm sorry that you are experiencing this problem. The reason is probably that you didn't check the checkbox for renewing your Yola Mail mailbox as well when you renewed your domain. We are going to make this more obvious and add reminders for Yola Mail in future.

To solve this problem for you, you will need to buy another Yola Mail mailbox for our engineers to reinstate your existing mailbox and add the new registration period to it. If you are already in touch with our e-mail support, I'd kindly like to ask you to follow up with us on that e-mail conversation to help you best and quickest. Thank you for your understanding and your further patience.

More issues:
Now, I'm very disappointed about this E-mail issue and this needs to be resolved ASAP.

2 more e-mails:
I have sent 2 additional E-mail mails in follow up to my frustration, I have not heard a response. Now tonight this needs to be resolved I'm loosing client's due to not getting this rectified. I just purchased a new E-mail and need the existing E-mail active with
chef@jacobspersonalchefservices.com
When trying to add chef@ it day's already assigned but that's already mine so can you please simply change this over so I can organize my back log.
I have made some attempts and no one has responded, whoever gave me a complimentary month extension why did they not add the E-mail mail part to this.
This needs to be done asap

Current silver package:

I requested an extension on my silver package and I was granted a complimentary month before renewal, now my existing E-mail should have been part of this renewal and I was unaware this would shut down. Still awaiting a response regarding my existing E-mail and this needs to be configured back as my orgional E-mail as I purchased a new one.
As my silver package when is my.extention expiry, as it's not noted on my account, really don't want this to happen with website as well.
All these issues need to be resolved asap

Hello Jacob

Good news: We have just fixed your Yola Mail mailbox. Please clear your cache and check if you can access your mailbox again from your My Yola. You may need to change the password which is shown you as an option on your Yola Mail tab in your My Yola.

Stefan, thank you

In the future: I have looked for the next expiry for the following year for my E-mail, this expiry doesn't show up in my in my accounts as my Yolanda silver does?.

I should have been more aware or attentive to the expiry and thank you much appreciated.
Didn't need to change password I have been able to get in my mailbox no problem and what is the cache to clear.?

Thank you for assisting me, I was just a little frustrated, U also should have been more aware. It's just my silver package gives me notifications so I assumbed the E-mail would as well.
thanks Jacob

Hello Jacob

That's great news, I'm happy that you are now able to use your Yola Mail again. If it works, forget about clearing cache. It's a general method that can help you exclude that your browser saved old versions of webpages, so you can clear your cache regularly to have a better web experience.

You're right that your e-mail expiry date doesn't show up in your Yola account at the moment. We're considering to make this more obvious and clear for users, and display it in their accounts. Your Yola Mail will expire along with your domain. So when you get reminders to renew your domain and hosting package, please first renew your domain and look for check boxes to renew your Yola Mail and hosting package at the same time to avoid interruption. If there is any problem, please contact to support, and we can check it for you.

Is everything sorted now or do you have another question? I will close your e-mail conversation with us, so if you have more questions, please let me know on this thread.

Jacob, I just saw your question in your latest e-mail to us: The reinstation should be the renewal, so this is like you renewed your Yola Mail, and it should be running until your domain expires in June next year.

Please note: Your Yola Silver package will expire on 30 July 2012. You will need to have one of our hosting packages, Yola Bronze or Yola Silver, in order to continue running your domain and e-mail. As auto-renewal is disabled for your Yola Silver package, you will need to purchase either Yola Bronze or Yola Silver by the end of this month.

Please let me know if you have any questions on this.
