As far as I can see from our system, your domain should be fine, and your Yola Mail subscription is still valid.
Did Crystal's suggestion help? If not, please let us know, and tell us if you get any error message. We've also got a tutorial on how to set up Outlook for Yola Mail. You may want to check the exact steps to make sure you've set everything up correctly.
Another reason could be that you've recently changed your Yola Mail password. You will need to change it with your Outlook settings as well.
