Easy cancellation?

I have been unable to access my Gold account and want to cancel. I get error messages that I have an unsupported browser and although I downloaded Google Chrome, I have still not been able to incorporate my free yola account with the Gold benefits. I cannot cancel using normal means because I can't access your site. Please cancel me from all charged services as soon as possible.

I took a look at your account and did not detect any errors so I was hoping you might consider taking a few minutes to go through the troubleshooting tips here.
