Hello sofia

It's easy to do this with Yola Online Store. Here are the steps:
  1. Sign up for Google Analytics if you don't have an account yet.

  2. Add your Yola website where you have your Yola Online Store.

  3. Get your Web Property ID.

  4. Go to your Yola Online Store Control Panel and click on System Settings > General > Store Profile.

  5. Add your Web Property ID to the "Google Analytics Id" field.

  6. Click on "Save".

How does our competitor do it automatically when they don't know if you have a Google Analytics account and what your Web Property ID is?

Please let me know if you should have any questions or need more assistance.

The answer is in the article above: (quoted below)

"Isn’t there an easy way to set up ecommerce tracking?

There is, as long as your site is built on the right platform. Shopify will automatically pass ecommerce data to Google Analytics once you connect them together. All you have to do is give Shopify your Google Analytics property ID, turn ecommerce tracking on in Google Analytics, and you’re done."
