Hi Yola,

I have a problem, I can't edit my page header anymore, I want it to be blank (no text). I always could do that untill a few minutes ago. If i edit it I usually could save it, now I can't anymore.

here is an example

Hi Ron

I'm sorry to hear that you're having this problem.

Have you clicked on the yellow "Update my site" button to apply the changes in your site builder to your live site?

Can you please try this and let us know if this does not resolve the problem?

I found a solution but I don't think I should do it this way

Edit page header, delete text. Then I resize my banner image, move it slightly, save it, move it back in his original place, save it again and then updating site.

It works but....?

Hmm... you're right.. you shouldn't have to do it that way.

Once you've uploaded your banner, you just need to click on the page heading and delete the text. Save and update your site.

I'm wondering what browser you are using?

I'm using Firefox to edit my site, didn't had any problems with it till an hour ago.

Same with IE8

I know I have found a way to solve this but it isn't the right one

would be great if you could find out what the problem is

Can you please tell me what style you're using? I'd like to see if I can replicate the issue.

Hi Ron

I was not able to replicate the issue. This is what I did using the same style as you:

1. Change the default banner heading to the one I wanted.
2. Click on "edit page heading".
3. Deleted text in the box. Click on OK.

Is it with just the one page that you're having trouble with or with all of your pages?

Can you try clearing the cache in your browser and then try again?

This is certainly puzzling Ron. I wonder if you would mind using a different computer to see if this issue still comes up for you?
