I'm sorry to hear you are having this problem and would like to get it worked out as quickly as possible. Can you do a few things for me and then give it another try:
1. If you are using Internet Explorer click on the Compatibility View button of your browser (next to the refresh button) and add Yola to the Compatibility settings. For more information, see: Compatibility Mode.
