editing pix w aviary

maybe im doing smthing wrong.. i uploaded some pix and then i tryed to edit them a bit w aviary.. contrast, brightness, saturation etc.. i hit save every time i changed smthing.. when the pic was small it looked good, just as i had saved it but when i opened them up its all wrong.. very weird colors.. nothing that i had actually saved was there.. do u have any idea why? i tryed w so many pix.. im thinking to give up and just leave the pix as they are when i upload them..

I've been having problems with Aviary on and off ever since Yola started using it. I've given up using it and now use PicMonkey which is totally free and doesn't require registration. It would be more convenient to use aviary, of course, but it's useless.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for your recommendation for this. I don't remember all the alternatives (deliberately?) and it's great hearing from experience with such. Can you jump on the other thread and paste your PicMonkey recommendation.

Alex has double posted here and I'm sure one or the other will be merged by Laura or Stefan. Merging unfortunately loses the comments so that's why I'm asking for your input onto the other thread. I'll watch and Star it.

Hi Alexandra,

What browser are you using when you are editing with Aviary? Also are your Flash and Java up to date? We fully support you using the picture editor that best suits your needs but also want to ensure our tools are working as they should!
