editing text But its not there in editing format

when I load the site to edit it all the text is gone. The graphics show up with the widget boxes but no text. When viewed online the text is all there. How can I edit the text if I can not see it?

I'm afraid that I'm not able to reproduce the error you report when I log into your Sitebuilder.

Can you please try these general trouble-shooting steps:

I tried cleaning out . And in case your next question or advice is about copy & paste from somewhere else~ I did not copy and paste info- It was all typed up On site
Why do I need to use a different browser. Google Chrome is my usual browser. I switched to Internet explorer and I could edit there. This is very frustrating-Will this issue be resolved?

Thank you for your feedback. The reason why I asked you to try a different browser is to narrow down the causes for your problem which I'm currently unable to reproduce. So if you can edit your website in a different browser, it is most likely that the problem is not a general one with Yola, but with the browser (version) you normally use. Can you please check if you're using the latest Google Chrome version?

I have tested your Sitebuilder in Chrome on my end, and everything is working fine. If you have the latest Chrome version as well and the problem still occurs, it may be a particular browser add-on which causes the issue. We have learnt that add-ons caused other problems with the Sitebuilder as you can read in this thread. Have you added any add-ons to Chrome lately? Otherwise the only way to find out would be to deinstall add-on by add-on and see when your Yola Sitebuilder starts working again.

Here is an update: The issue you are experiencing could be related to this user's problem. We're currently looking into it and hope we'll be able to solve it soon. We'll keep all users updated on the thread for which I provided the link above.
