Email is down because of website

My email has been down for a week because it is run through the website. Somehow, the email address used to open the account and access the account is run through the domain, so I can't get any update emails to find out what's going on.

Also, the version of our website has reverted to a 2011 version. I have sent off 4 support requests asking to be contacted at a different email address. I'm getting very frustrated as I don't know what to do next.

That does sound frustrating. We always suggest using an external email not associated with your domain registration to avoid situations like that. Once we get your account restored we can help you update that information to avoid this in the future.

It sounds like our Account Access team is going to have to assist you but I was unable to locate any support inquiries or an account for you searching with the email address associated with this forum. If you feel comfortable sharing your domain name or account email here on our forum I can take another look. Otherwise, our Account Access team will be in touch with you regarding the steps you'll need to take to access your domain registration when you don't have access to the email associated with it.
