Yes, your new Yola Mail mailbox is accessible. You must make sure that you select your domain name "Richardgrindon.net" from the drop down menu at the top right on your Yola Mail page of your My Yola dashboard in order to view your new mailbox assigned to your Richardgrindon.net domain. When I do this in your Yola account, I get the mailbox set up as designed.
