Email form not working

According to my Google Analytics it looks like there have been at least 7 submissions of my form on my website and I haven't recieved any of them. I've checked the Settings of the form and they are correct, and my mailbox is receiving test emails. I've also checked mu Junk folder.

Please help, these are possible sales I may have lost. Is there any way for your support team to find any submissions made?

Hello Gary,

I have actually responded to your email that you sent. In your form settings, I noticed that your email address has a typo in it as a result this is probably why you're not getting your form submissions. I have already forwarded you the submissions :)
