Email form not working

Hi, I seem to have a problem with my email form on my yola website, I have at least 3 submissions of my form on my website, and have not received any of them. I have checked the settings on the form and they are all correct, and my mailbox is receiving test emails, I have also checked my junk folder.
Please can you help as these are possible booking that i may be losing, is there any way for your support team to help with this problem.

I am sorry to hear this and I understand it is frustrating. I have sent you a test message via your Contact Form. Could you confirm whether you have received it?

If you could also let me know some more details about the submissions that you did not receive, it will be helpful.

Many thanks for your quick reply.
I received your test contact form without any problems and I've also sent myself one to try it out and it seems to be working ok now.
I'm not sure what was wrong with it, but I'd had a couple of customers saying they had sent the contact form and when they didn't get a reply they rang me. When I checked there was nothing in my inbox or junk.
Anyway I'm really pleased its all working now. Thank you again for your time and quick response.
