What happens iif i exceed the 2GB email limit? Are there extra charges? Must I remove emails/attachments to free up kB/MB... or do I simply not get any more service until the next 'year'?

And my second question is, is there an archiving services for the legal keeping on documents, and do these kb/MB contribute to the 2GB limit?

Hello J+B

Thank you for these excellent questions. The storage space limit of your Yola Mailbox is in fact 5GB. If this isn't sufficient for you, please contact us via e-mail, and we'll be able to lift it for you.

With Yola Mail you can upload files to your Yola Mail account and share them with others. The size of the files you upload will use your Yola Mail account storage space, so the 5GB limit applies to all mails and files you have in your Yola Mail account.

An alternative option to avoid running out of storage space would be to download your Yola Mail e-mails via POP3 to an e-mail client on your computer.
