Sorry you have been unable to access your Yola Mail account. To reset your information, please follow these steps:
Log in to My Yola account.
Click on "Email".
A page will open with your mailbox configuration, click on "Change mailbox password".
Enter your new password in to the "Password" field, and confirm it by re-entering the new password into the "Confirm password" field. (Please note that the password is case sensitive).
Click on "Change password".
Your password will now be updated, and you will be able to login to your Yola Mail account using your new password.
