email not getting through

I have set up an email with yola on my site. I sent an email to the site but the address was wrong - what am I doing wrong?

Hello Margerat,

I've looked up your account and I see that you've created a mail@ address on your domain (I'm not going to post the whole address here).

Would you like to change the email address? Or are you trying to email to that address and it's not working?

Thanks for the quick reply. I would like the address on my domain to work. Where would I see any replies? Sorry but I am not very clued up. I am being advised by my son that mail@firsthandeducation would be more business like

[Apologies for mistyping your name earlier!]

To access your Yola Mail account and send/receive email:

1. Login to your Yola account.
2. When on the My Yola page click on "Yola Mail".
3. Click on the "Check Inbox" button.
4. You will then be able to login to your Yola Mail inbox to retrieve and send email.
