Email not sending in outlook (2nd email asking for help)

Hi, I asked a question a few days ago bout my mailbox not working thru outlook. I got 1 reply. its for nicole@nikstarr.com.
Its the only email I use in outlook.
It will receive emails but not send.
I have put in all the correct information many times and it still doesnt work.
I am using the external email on the internet. Not very flexible.
the other day I bought an online store to put on my website and am finding it a little difficult to navigate, is there a tutorial.

Please help me with my email, its causing problems with my business.

Hello Nicole,

I can't help you with your Yola Mail/Outlook.

There are a series of Tutorials on the Online Store grouped in section 17 of Adding and Editing Content. The first Yola Online Store: Getting Started followed by 5 others.

There are also some Videos produced by the store creator, Ecwid in the link.

Hi Nicole,

Can you tell me more about your Yola Mail issue. Are you receiving an error or any messaging when you try to send email? If so, can you include it here please?

Also, please let us know how you are getting along with the Online Store tutotials Gop suggested above.

Hi, I have been away with no internet connection, just back now.......

Message says:

Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) email server.
If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).

I have tried putting in all the addresses again and it just won't work.

(Pulling hair out).

The cause of this issue is very specific. I have referred it to a Specialist team who will provide you with feedback via email (to your Yola account-registered email address) within 48 hours.
