Email not showing up in my inbox

I received an email on my phone, but it is not showing up in Thunderbird on my computer - it just continues to "spin". When I go to webmail, it displays zero emails (as in, completely empty). Are there any current issues with the email server? Or is this on my end?

Hello Craig

Have you recently changed the password for your Yola Mail? You would then need to update your Thunderbird settings. What smartphone do you have? How does it show on your phone, as a push message, or when you view the inbox of your Yola Mail account on your phone? Could you please check the spam folder of your webmail Yola Mail account for me?

Hi Stefan,
I have not recently changed the password. I have an android phone that the message was pushed to. I had been checking webmail in firefox when I was having trouble, and when I used I.E. it seemed to work fine. I'm guessing the problem is on my end since no one else is having email issues. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't the email server.

Hello Craig

Did I get you right that you cannot view your e-mails in the inbox of your Yola Mail when using Firefox, but with IE you can? This could indicate that there is a particular add-on installed with your Firefox that causes the problem. You can try to find this add-on by deactivating/deinstalling one by one and check when the problem stops occurring.

I hope you will be able to work with your Yola Mail from your preferred browser.
