Email not working

None of my 3 email addresses are working on Thunderbird, it's saying incorrect password. Then when I go to my email on Yola it won't let me sign into my email either.

Here is some information about how to change the saved password in Thunderbird:

If the passwords stopped working in all accounts at the same time, is perhaps your CapsLock key pressed on your keyboard? Or if you have numbers in your password, use the numbers above the letters on the keyboard instead of the numbers on the number pad on the keyboard? Or turning off your computer, restarting it and trying again?
