email not working? no response in emails getting pist!!

i pay for support and am not recieving any !!!! since a hour ago my email will not let me log in

Hello Jason,

The Yola support staff are on a break until the 2nd January. They will certainly respond to this at their earliest possible time.

Hi Jason,

The Yola Support team is on shutdown for the festive season, however we are responding to urgent queries so if you could provide me with your domain name then I will investigate this for you. Could you let me know what happens when you try to login? Do you receive an error message?

Jason@wildsidecustomsllc.com and info@wildsidecustomsllc.com we must get working its also kicking people emails back when they send to me .. I also replyed to the email you guys sent no reply.... I'm very disappointed in my service I run my business with yola services and its down and noone is fixing it! please get me back up and running thank you

Hi Jason,

Thank you for this information. I can see that your Yola Mail registration has expired. Yola Mail is linked to your domain and you would need to renew it at the same time.

I can see that you have purchased a new mailbox, so I will ask our engineers to add the registration period of the new mailbox to your existing mailboxes and reinstate them.

I have reinstated your Yola Mail temporarily, however until it is fixed permanently by our engineers you may only have limited access to your mail.

Our engineers are currently offline and may only get to attend to your query from the 2nd Jan, but they will fix it as soon as they are back.

Apologies for the delay in the meantime.

It worked for 2 hours today and is down again ..... this is costing my business money!!
