i have made an email account but it says incorrect credentials when i put in the user and password

Can you please try and change your password to check if that helps? You will see this option when you log in and click on the Yola Mail tab. Under your e-mail account which should be shown as set up, you will see the option "Change password". Change it and try again. Please let us know if it should still not work afterwards.

Hi Steve,
It may be worthwhile repeating this and clearing your browser cache. Maybe a some excess baggage blocking the action(?)

Please do as Gop advised and clear your cache. You can also use a different browser. If it still doesn't work, it will probably be an error, and I will be able to bring this to our specialits' attention for a fix.
