Email Problem

I have been trying to check my business email and every time I check in Yola mail its redirecting me to purchase another email but I already have one. Help

When I open your Yola account and navigate to the Yola Mail tab, I can view your mailboxes without problems. Here is a screenshot for your reference:

Can you please check the following steps:
  • Refresh the page, or navigate to another tab and then back to the Yola Mail tab.

  • Clear your browser's cache.

  • Log out and in again.

If none of these steps solves your problem, please come back to us, and we will investigate further.
