Email problems

I changed my password for my email today. Now my outlook will not log on to the smtp server, but it logs onto the pop server fine. Now I can't log on into the webmail app on my account page.It keeps going into the webmail page then resorting back to the log on page. PLEASE HELP

Hello Jerry

Have you changed your password in your Outlook settings as well?

When I go to your Yola Mail page in your My Yola and click on "Check inbox", your webmail login page opens fine for me.

Can you please first try to clear cache and cookies of your browser, and see if that helps with your webmail login page?

Have you made sure that the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" checkbox is selected? If it is not, please click it. Let me know if that is not the problem.

Yes, it is checked, I have also checked to make sure there is no errors in typing

I'm still having trouble with Yolamail log-in, when i log in, it starts loading the mail page then resorts back to the log-on page.

Ok, let me make sure that I'm understanding you correctly: You go to your My Yola, then you click on "Yola Mail", then you click on the "Check mailbox" button, then you get the webmail login page, and when you try to log in via this page, you are taken back to the webmail login page or the Yola account login page?

Hi Jerry,

I have looked into this and can log in successfully on my end. I would like to resolve this and have attempted calling you without success. I will try calling after an hour however suggest you please send an email to support@yola.com from your Yola account login email address if I do not reach you, which will allow me to zap this problem for you.
