I changed my password for my email today. Now my outlook will not log on to the smtp server, but it logs onto the pop server fine. Now I can't log on into the webmail app on my account page.It keeps going into the webmail page then resorting back to the log on page. PLEASE HELP
I have looked into this and can log in successfully on my end. I would like to resolve this and have attempted calling you without success. I will try calling after an hour however suggest you please send an email to email@example.com from your Yola account login email address if I do not reach you, which will allow me to zap this problem for you.
