Hi Terry,

I see that you sent two inquiries from your @btinternet.com email address and received replies to both of them, one on Feb 20th, and another today, Feb 22.

As they both indicated, your domain has been suspended in accordance with the new ICANN policies, which is why your email is not working. You can read more about it here: How the recent ICANN changes affect your website.

You will be able to retrieve your domain, if you follow these steps:

Log into your Yola account.
Click on "Domains".
Click on "Advanced Settings" next to the domain name.
Go to "Edit your domain registration info".
Change the email address to one you have access to.
Click "Update details".
You will receive an email from Yola at the new email address. Follow the instructions and click on the link in the email.
It will redirect you to a page to verify your new email address.
Check the box to agree to the Terms.
Click "Submit" to validate the change.

Your domain will then be validated at the domain registry and be removed from suspension.

We're so sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused you.

Hi Laura,

I confirm I have received an email from you on the 20th I asking me to report the matter to Absue@yola which did, I then received an email from Diane on the 22nd basically stating what you have said in your reply.

I carried out those instruction's yesterday, but have not received the email from Yola with the link.

Having read the ICANN policy it says, I should receive an email the day I change my details from that I take It to mean within 24hrs can you please tell how much longer Iam going to have wait.

Regards
