Could you please provide your login e-mail (not your password) or your URL here for me to find your account in our database? Then I'd be able to test it for you.
In general a possible reason could be a typo of your e-mail address for your Yola form. Please check the e-mail address the forms get sent to by clicking on "Edit" on your Form Widget and then going to the "Settings" tab.
Another reason could be that the notification e-mails do not go to your inbox, but to a spam or junkmail folder. Please check those folders in your e-mail programme. Thanks.
