email problems please help

Please help
i had my Email set up using windows live but tried to change it to google apps. that bit was quite simple or so i thought i ended up with an account eith google apps that is not working properly and now i cant go back to windows live as it wont let me verify ownership of the site.
As a result i have not been able to recieve emails for 3 days now and its costing me alot of money, is it possible to reove any trace of google apps fro my domain and go back to windows live?
please help as i has spent alot of money on advertising and the only way i can see out of this problem is closing the site and starting again with another domain.

i have checked all my spam filters and there is no emails from you. it has been 5 days now without any emails , this has cost me hundreds of pounds and i dont know what to do. this time last week i had emails with windows live and now i dont.

In the last email, I have stated that I wondered if you have both MX records added to your DNS settings which may be causing a conflict between both your Google Apps and Windows Live. I suggest going into your Advanced Settings and removing all the MX records. Then, re-add the specific one for which you want to set up your email.
