enquiries email set up

I have been advised to set up a better email address on my webpage which sounds good

3. Suggest you change your email address to something like: enquiries@evanslandscaping.co.uk. If you want to carry on using your current email address you could always put the new email address on permanent forward.

Any ideas how to do this?? I had another reply to this question

3. email address: Do you have access to the cPanel on the server that is hosting your website? If so you can setup your email account from here.

This means nothing to me so any help setting up a email like enquiries@evanslandscaping.co.uk. would be great on my webpage

Anyone know how to do this??
cheers Rich

Hi Rich,

Do you mind sharing who you were speaking with in this regard? If we could see the source of this information, it would be most helpful.

Are you hoping to set up your domain email using Google Apps? If so, you can view a ton of information here: Setting up your email with Google Apps.

Please take a moment to review that information and let me know if you need any further assistance.

Hi Brianna,
excuse my for being a novice on webpages and seo etc thus this response was from someone on the freeindex forum after revueing my website, maybe a second opinion is required, any help

Hi Richard,

I responded to your 2nd post before I saw this one so please refer to my feedback on your Adwords post in respect to optimising your website.

However in respect to your website design then - Well done

I do have a couple of immediate thoughts that you may wish to consider on top of the optimisation feedback which is:-

1. In your strap line/main title you may want to consider adding your location such as: "Welcome to Evans Landscapes, your local Birmingham landscaper" or similar

2. I would suggest you change you email address and make use of your domain name such as: enquiries@evanslandscaping.co.uk as this looks far more professional.

If you wish to discuss at no obligation please let me know.

Hope this helps

Thought" 2. I would suggest you change you email address and make use of your domain name such as: enquiries@evanslandscaping.co.uk as this looks far more professional."sound a good idea but how do i do it, only got a couple of hotmail.co.uk email addressess and and my knowledge of email is very limited so any help would be appreciated.

Hi sanja,
yes I believe so,I have a couple of hotmail accounts I set up a while ago which was easy enough to set up but thats as far as i've gone with emailing so when some one suggesst enquiries@evanslandscaping.co.uk would help my business as an more professional looking email address the first things are think are 1) Yes that sounds great quickly followed by 2)HOW? so if google apps is the answer then thanks and I 'll have a look into it.
Thank you
Rich

Hi Rich,

As Sanja mentioned, Google Apps definitely sounds like the right solution for you. Our tutorial (http://www.yola.com/tutorials/article...) will take you through all the steps you need to follow in order to get started.

With Google Apps you can have up to ten free email addresses, so you can have quite a few variations on the email addresses that you choose.
