All of our websites are not showing on the web. We have contacted support many times, and they keep on saying the same thing. "The fix is taking much longer than anticipated. Our engineers are working as quickly as they can. We appreciate your continued patience."

Well it's been nearly three days now, and we are getting very impatient.
