Error administering email account password

I'm trying to administer and email account for my custom domain, I wish to change the password for one of the accounts I've already created. When I select that option for that password and enter and confirm the new password I get the message "Does not match password". I've tried this several times with no success. Is there a different to reset an email account password?

Hi Kevin,

If you can't do this through the sitebuilder then I suggest that you send an email to support@yola.com. You can ask them to change this for you. You could advise them of your current password and the password you wish to change to.

Hi Kevin,

Gop is correct, you can email support and ask us to change the password for you, alternatively you can change your password with your webmail account itself.

To change your password from within your webmail, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your Yola Mail webmail account.
2. On the left-hand side underneath "Settings", select "General".
3. Select the "Password" tab.
4. Follow the instructions to update your password, and select "Save".

Your password will now be updated, and you can login to your webmail using your new password.

If you experience any problems with this please feel free to send us an email.

Thanks!
Jackie

Thank you Jackie.
I don't have the Yola mail facility so no experience at all.
