The Names servers I am using are

Hi aditya,

Have you confirmed you are using the correct nameservers and IP addresses with your new host?

Are you entering the nameservers with or without the brackets?

Hello aditya,

The nameservers you are using may need to be added to the list on Yola nameserver database(?). This has to be done by the Yola Support person specialising in DNS. If this is the case then you can expect a response on Monday advising you of this.

It's not a user enabled facility and has limited access by Yola staff I think. I would be confident that you will be up and running very shortly on this issue.

Hello jmahatoo

I have added your nameservers. Can you please try to edit them again on your My Yola dashboard? For a reference please see our tutorial Changing the nameservers. Please let us know if you need our further assistance with this.
