Error during payment for new domain

Hi, I was trying to purchase a new domain ( but there was a website error during payment. I don't know if payment was taken, the domain isn't showing on my Yola, and if I try to purchase the domain again it says it's taken. Can you help me please? Thanks, David

I can't find your Yola account by your forum e-mail or the domain you posted. If you aren't concerned about your privacy, you could post your login e-mail address to your Yola account here where you purchased or tried to purchase the domain you mentioned.

However, you may prefer to send us an e-mail with your request, using our Contact Support Form, so that we can make sure to protect your privacy and take care of your account-related request.
