Error in exchange email domain registration

Good afternoon, and I went into the registro.br, to view some functions for my domain, and when I put my domain ID, it came not because the ID was not password then they sent an email to my email: infortecsolutions147@hotmail.com.br
But as I have no access to that email can not continue to put a password. I contacted the Registro.br, and informed me that I have to get in touch with the provider who sold me the domain, in order to change the email that registered this domain.

Would you help me out please because I need it too.
