Error message "There were too many redirects" when trying to load my online store.

I recently updated Java & now when I'm trying to get into my online store, I get the error message "There were too many redirects". I cleared my caches but it didn't work. I use Google Chrome. I've used my online store everyday for a year but today I updated Java. please help.

We are aware of the the bug affecting your ability to load your on-line store in the Site Builder. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while the issue is being investigated.

Please note that this does not affect your stores check-out, your customers are still able to complete purchases on your live site.

The problem we were experiencing with the online store has now been resolved and your site should be back to normal.
