error message when transferring existing domain name

I have an existing domain name and made sure privacy protection was turned off, started application to transfer the domain, put in correct payment information (that worked fine when I purchased Yola Bronze), got an error message and was unable to complete the process.

I turned the privacy protection back on because I didn't want anyone getting my personal information.

What is this error message all about and will it be fixed right away? Thanks

I'd prefer to do this in private email, you have my email address. Privacy protection was turned off and it looked like an internal Yola error because in the error message it said something about transfer and payment. I also contacted the register.com people to check everything and the protection had been turned off and was ready to be transferred. In the meantime, I turned the privacy protection back on because I didn't want my personal info out there.
