Error message when transferring my domain away from Yola. Costing me money please help

I have a problem transferring my domain away from yola, when I uncheck the 'lock domain' button in Domains>Advanced Settings>Transfer Domain Away from Yola and click 'Apply' is comes up with this error message

"There was an error: error
try again"

No matter what I do it will not work I need this resolving today please help!

Checking your Yola account I can see that you are a GBBO customer and have a domain.

If you really want to move your domain away from Yola, please contact us via e-mail using our Support Contact Form as this will involve special steps to follow. Thanks.
