I'm sorry you're frustrated Andy, we'll get it worked out. What browser are you using? If you are not using Firefox can you give it a try. It is a free download if you could give it a try: Download Firefox.

Also, could you try clearing your cache to see it this will make any difference. Here are some instructions if you are unfamiliar with this: Clearning Cache.

If you can give this a try and then let me know how it goes that would be great.

Thanks!

I'm using IE. I've tried to clear up everything but still the same.

I can post a screenshot if necessary!

Hi Andy
Apologies for the error you are seeing, we have a technical problem on our side. Can you try publishing your site following these steps:

1. Click on the down-arrow next to "Update my Site"
2. Click on "Publishing Settings"
3. Click on "Unpublish"
4. Your site will be unpublished, click on "Publish my Site"
5. In the third option (already own a domain), although it asks you to enter "www.yoursite.com" as your address, please only enter "yoursite.com" (do not add "www")
6. Follow the steps until your site is published.

Your site will still work with the www and you don't have to change anything. Please do it this way until the bug is fixed. We will make sure this is done as soon as possible.
